I want to get a couple bigger than 10 round Ruger 10/22 mags -my question is this -Are there any 20 or 30 round mags readily available on the market- I know the 50 rounders jam a lot .....

Ruger has a 25 round factory mag now. Check their website and Midway.

The feedback (only 2) was very positive. It sounds like these are an improvement to others on the market. I have a couple of aftermarkets. Sometimes they work ok, sometimes they don't feed so well. Midway's price is much lower but they don't have any in stock.
SSgtClaleb, give us a report if you get some.

I have a Butler Creek 25 round "Hot Lips" mag that I picked up at Cabela's, and it works just fine for me. I have heard that some of the aftermarket mags for the 10/22 dont work so well, but Cabela's is pretty good when it comes to returns, if you get a bad one.
