My dad acquired a Remington model 722 today and I'm in the process of trying to find a rear sight for it. Any know a good place to get one? Have on you want to get rid of? Have a good suggested alternative?

Long time no see mate. Have you checked out Brownells...they would most likely have something. Another option would be your local gunsmith as they nearly always have spare bits and pieces lying about or in their buggery box.
