Had a beautiful native bird visit us this afternoon. This is a King Parrot and it’s fantastic to see them around here. This is the male half of a mating pair around here. I’ll have to put some seed out for them so they come around more often.

we can buy a fat/dripping block....sort of a cup shape that has been rolled in allsorts of seeds ,it has string/wire through it to hang in tree birds love them.

That’s a brilliant idea mate. Pet stores over here sell all different types of hanging seed treats made of seeds etc attractive to particular birds. Once I’m free of this virus I’ll pop up to the store and check them out.
