My question is this:

Will a set of Leupold Quick Release rings and base handle the recoil of a 338 Win Mag on a Model 70?

Howdy Joe

I use the Leupold QRs on a 458 Lott with no problems and over 400 rounds. They return to zero reasonably well, too.

Got a set on my Browning A-Bolt II SS Stalker in .338 Win Mag. Never a problem one. Leupold is all I have on all of my guns, base/rings/and scopes!
