Well, I found out you need to have >NET already installed for it to download!

Yup... .net required. Went to the link that Mr Dallan directed for .net and was promptly told that it couldn't be found. Wonder if XP Personal with pack 3 installed already has it?

Should be in xp Service pack 2 actually. Its used for a wide variety of things so I recommend everyone that doesnt have it, just bite the bullet and go get it. It is a significant sized download but you will need it sooner or later anyway.

Yup...Seems so. My programs list shows that I have NET Framework 1.1 and 1.1 hotfix
I downloaded Service Pack 3 several months ago.
When you are ready we'll just have to try it again.
