Website DATABASE Upgrade!

I made a fairly significant and long overdue change to the internal database. It basically has to do with the language type used when storing out text characters, and specifically with how it handled characters used outside of the US.

Lately there have been quite a few Russian shooters who wish to be members but the character set didnt support it and it would cause internal errors. I have now changed it to theoretically support all language types using the utf8_general_ci collation.

Please keep an eye out for anything that looks like a problem, wierd text, broken links... really I dont know what side effects could come from this. The conversion looked error free... and I have backups of all the databases before the conversion so if something appears to have gone bad, we can return to roughly a Noon sunday snapshot.

We can look forward to some stories from loads of other places it sure could get interesting I just hope Vince doesnt run out of beers!!!
