received some news this morning from Lee. Not a lot of info, but something. All they said is even though I selected USPS for shipping, when I clicked payment it went back to their default of UPS, which charges a lot more. After I brought it to their attention they issued a refund to me, stopped the shipment, and resent it USPS.

I thought it would be delayed due to no fault of mine, even they admitted I didn't do it, but to my surprise when I received my mail this morning there was a package from Lee in it with my order.

On thing else I do have to say is that the replacement parts for my dies are much better machined and quality than the parts that came in the dies much to my surprise. I was impressed.

Thats awesome. I am have worked in customer service most of my working days and I can tell you I am a stickler for quality customer service. Sounds like they did good. I will definitly buy through them since the quality of customer service is up to my standerds lol.
