sounds like sewing marbles in the back of your pajamas to stop you sleeping on your back and snoring!!!

LoL

not quite. this pushes forces vertebra to open up enough to release the pressure on the nerve endings that are causing my breathing problems when I lay down. If it was just like snoring, I wouldn't care. Its the not breathing that's a problem. and this helps some.

Best secondary use I've ever heard of for a 9mm browning.

Damn shame you need to do that though.

That explains your colorful facepaint! I think I'd have to facepaint myself too if I didn't get any sleep. Show a pasted on smile or the forever-grimace of back pain galore. I'm so sorry you're messed up that way, that sounds unmanageable and awful. I have a heart that runs like a hit-or-miss engine and it's a real trial to get to sleep but at least I don't have any associated pain. I have pretty low tolerance for pain. Interesting how we can get by on so little sleep. I get more than you do (bout 4hrs. or so) and don't feel like I need more, would love to sleep through the night and next day for that matter. Don't wanna wake up dead tho.....
