@bushy, you will find out that larger anvils do not have bolt on holes.

The last anvil I used was an old friend's on the west coast. He had a rather large anvil held onto a 4' Oak round with railroad spikes. He used it to manufacture custom fitted horse shoes.

Gel....se if you have any "action man" groups around your area...... they take photos in all sorts of situations with the wee fella looking lifelike....they would love a loan of that wee masterpiece.

I am making a few of these little thing, they will be on display on my table in the Sydney Knife Show next weekend.

I will try to find on scale figurines to accompany them.

The anvil is scale model of a 4 CWT 2 feet long bed English pattern, they do not use screw since they are 400 lbs in weight, they would not go anywhere.
