nor will electric cars that have to be recharged with fossil fueled electric power. Solar doesn't work at night or cloudy days nor does wind power when the wind doesn't blow (actually takes 20 mph winds to generate full power potential). All these green energy sources require a natural gas or coal power plant idling on-line to power the grid when these sources faulter.

Well, I should warn you that the sun has reached or is very close to reaching its midlife age. It will soon start fusing helium instead of the hydrogen it began with. Helium generates more heat in fusion than hydrogen so from now on the sun will be getting warmer. In the next billion or two years it will heat the earth to the point that surface water will evaporate off and not fall back as rain. all but the most extreme life on earth will perish. Eventually the earth will be a dry lifeless rock and the sun will expand enough to encompass the first three planets completely. It will then shrink under its own gravitational effects into a dull white dwarf star and spend the rest of its life cooling to a cinder.
If you want to survive this catastrophe you need to invest in the future of space travel. You will need to have an inter-galactic transport to find a new place to invade and conquer.

I somehow agree with that, though not entirely. The issue of global warming is getting more horrifying as technology advances.
The rapid growth of technology has led to wide range use of fossil fuels, which has been a contributing factor to the extreme heating.
We need to replace these harmful energy sources with ecological-friendly energy sources like hydroelectric energy. We should also practise reforestation to curb desertification and help regulate weather conditions.
